FEES AND GUARANTEES
We provide flexible fee structures to suit your needs, with options including contingency-based fees, flat fees, retainers, and exclusive fees.
A fee is applied when a candidate LEADERMEN INC. represents is employed by your company, a subsidiary, affiliate or division or any other firm to whom you refer the candidate within a period of 12 months.
LEADERMEN INC. has every expectation that the person you employ on our recommendation will work with you productively for a substantial period of time. If it ever becomes necessary to de-hire or the employee resigns within a stated period, we offer a credit guarantee towards a replacement which may be used for the same position or towards any other position, valid for a period of one year.
